About Universities Partnership International campaign

  • Our initiative ‘Universities Partnership International’ is being backed by civic leaders, who are coming together with the aim of making our region attractive for international education in the UK. Universities are international and multi-cultural centres that have been catalysts for change within their environments.
  • International ambassadors – our graduates carry our values and education wherever they are in the world. They influence change in part shaped by their own experience of the UK education
  • Increasingly, there is a need for joined-up thinking to tackle global challenges, be it disease, climate change or other challenges. Taking an international approach, complementing research strengths and taking a partnership approach is key.
